Despite an issue with a part of my water softener, Cruz, Tim's colleague, handled it calmly and finished the job with diligence. I contacted them at 8:45 am and even though they were an hour away, they arrived at 10:30 am. They were incredibly courteous and efficient at fixing the drain.
