DCS General Contracting and its owner, Damian Saracina, are highly incompetent in various aspects of their business. Mr. Saracina lacks adequate communication and project planning skills, which has led to numerous issues. I entered a contract with his company on 1/30/2023 for the installation of a door and construction of a deck in Parma OH. Unfortunately, they failed to file the proper documents and did not meet the building department requirements causing a delay of three months. It was only after I reached out to the building department that they finally obtained the permit. Upon the receipt of the permit, a revision was made to the original contract which included starting work from 4/13 and completing within 7 to 10 days for the project's first phase. Mr. Saracina confirmed that his team would start at my home on 4/13 at 9 am. Alas, just 30 minutes prior to his time of arrival, he texted me to say that he could not complete the project, and apologized for any inconvenience. Mr. Saracina has wasted four months of my time, and I am now responsible for finding a new contractor to complete the project. From the evident lack of scheduling, planning, communication, and completion of projects, I strongly suggest avoiding DCS General Contracting for any projects in the future.

Despite it being a minor issue with my driveway, which some companies may not accept due to their preference for larger jobs, I was pleased with my experience because the service provider made the effort to come out and even committed to completing the work within 24 hours of providing the estimate.

DCS general contracting highly recommends Anthony for his exceptional installation of our backsplash. He exhibited punctuality, professionalism, and courtesy throughout the project, leaving us extremely satisfied with the end result. We will undoubtedly be using his services again for upcoming projects.
