The personalized in-home shopping experience was a game-changer. But that's where the positive experience stopped. Despite the kindness of the two individuals who wrote the check, I never heard from my consultant again after the transaction. Fortunately, I received frequent updates about shipping and installation schedules. The installation team performed superbly. Unfortunately, my consultant failed to follow up after payment was received. This leaves me hesitant to work with her again and potentially request a new consultant.
