Our bathroom underwent a complete renovation, with only the bathtub being retained, and the cost was reasonable. Despite being informed that it would take a couple of months, we were given priority and it was completed in two weeks from start to finish! The final result is fantastic, and we didn't have to do a single thing. However, the coordination between the sales team and the workers could have been improved to avoid having to revisit our plan, but we preferred to have it done correctly. Moreover, there were some minor issues that required attention, which they fixed without any difficulty. Overall, we would recommend them to others.

Approximately three years ago, I had some work done and encountered an issue where my shower door had become unstable. I contacted Homestead and explained the predicament to them. They were receptive and even recognized me by name. They presented me with various solutions and dispatched a technician to evaluate the shower door. Without any further inquiries or expenses, the technician rectified the issue. I am grateful for their exceptional service.
