Our home's exterior wood and stucco underwent extensive repair, followed by priming and painting, courtesy of Richard Martinez and his team. The results were astonishing as their attention to detail was evident, prompting even our neighbors to comment. Working with them was an enjoyable and accommodating experience, as they were always ready to address our many inquiries and needs. The job took almost two weeks to complete, but each day, the crew dedicated time to cleaning up, protecting our property, and ensuring access was available at the end of the day. Despite receiving estimates from four contractors, Richard stood out due to his sincerity and honest approach, factors that drove our decision to choose him over other options. Although he was not the least expensive, we are entirely satisfied with our choice, making us highly recommend Richard and his crew.

Update: Richard and Orlando have completed the interior work and are now focusing on the garage. The electrician's new holes required patching and repainting, which they did flawlessly. The repaired areas are completely inconspicuous. From the beginning, we have been impressed with Richard and Orlando. Their pricing is reasonable, communication is clear, and the quality of their work is exceptional. For any future drywall, painting, or stucco projects, we would not hesitate to hire them again. So far, the work in progress is outstanding. They removed the acoustic ceiling, sanded it down, and coordinated well with the electrician to make the most of their time.
