I sent a request for information regarding the mounting of two TVs outside of regular business hours. The response was swift and informative. The following day, they sent additional details and notified me immediately of a cancellation they had in two hours' time. Although it was short notice, they were able to accommodate my request for a specific time slot so that I could attend a prior engagement. They arrived on time, completed the task in under an hour, and displayed excellent communication, promptness and professionalism. I am highly satisfied and would recommend their services to others.
