Due to my extensive business trips, I gained experience installing various countertops and taught employees how to do the same for a large granite company before establishing my own business. While it is unfortunate when clients choose to work with another company before consulting with me, I don't regret losing the project as much as I worry they may have made the wrong decision. It is important to me that everything is nearly perfect, paying close attention to detail to ensure the best possible outcome. I treat every project as if it were my own home, as I strongly believe that what isn't good enough for me won't be good enough for my customers.
