Our new house had a front door we never utilized until our kitchen renovation required it. It came to our attention that the door jamb was improperly installed by the previous owner. After inspecting the issue, Jim promptly fixed it with politeness and competence. He also reviewed some other potential projects we had in mind and assured us that they could be tackled without issue.

Despite being a seemingly great guy, Jim's job performance is lacking. Although he finished installing the linoleum flooring, the project remains incomplete. He was also tasked with installing countertops, which he claimed to have ordered and prepared weeks later than originally planned. However, he failed to show up for the scheduled installation and neglected to return my call. This is certainly disappointing.

My tile project was excellently handled by Jim. He displayed high professionalism from start to finish, and his craftsmanship was superb! I will definitely engage Jim's services again. Thank you, Jim!

He did an outstanding job which was noticed not only for staying true to his estimate despite having to do extra work but also for taking good care of our JRT during our absence. He possesses great interpersonal skills, punctuality, efficiency, and kept us informed about his work and its rationale. Happy with his service! =D
