My expertise includes knowledge of VA and FHA regulations, and I provide various types of inspections, including Thermal Imaging, 4 Point, Wind Mitigation, Pool and Roofing inspections. I am not a franchise, but rather a Veteran Owned small business that is fully licensed and insured.
During my inspections, I take photographs of every room, roof, attic and crawl space, as well as providing cost estimates for repairs when necessary.
