Molly revolutionized our property buying and selling. After three years of failing to sell our unit, she stepped in and totally transformed it. Before Molly, we had only received one offer that was $100K less than the asking price. However, after Molly staged our unit, it sold within six months. Her arrival was punctual, and her workers were all professional and friendly. In 2007, we purchased our 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom condo, expecting to sell it in five years. However, the housing market crashed in 2008, and we ended up keeping the unit for ten years. We finally put it on the market in 2015, but it was on the market for a year with no luck. We even tried selling it ourselves for $50K less than what we paid, but that fell through too. From 2015 to 2017, we made no changes to the unit, and we still couldn't sell it. Then, we met Molly in the spring of 2017, and everything changed. She guided us on what needed to be changed, added, or removed, including paint colors and type. We hadn't realized how much the styles had transformed over ten years and that our custom fixtures were now outdated. Molly's vision for the master bathroom and powder room were incredible, and she updated the light fixtures throughout the entire unit. She also brought her warehouse full of stylish furniture and design elements to transform our space. We moved out in the morning, and Molly began staging the same day, making for a smooth transition. Our unit looked fantastic, and we finally listed it for sale in late September/early October. We received an offer, but sadly, it fell through. We thought nobody bought property during winter in Chicago, but we were wrong. We eventually signed a contract in January and sold it in March for the price we wanted. Even though other units were for sale in our building, ours sold due to Molly's incredible staging. We had multiple showings, and the deal closed within six months.
