Throughout the entire process, Oleg remained highly attentive and prompt. He arrived on time and resolved the problem during his initial visit. After I informed him of the issue with our refrigerator and the measures we had taken to troubleshoot it, he was able to quickly evaluate the situation and pre-order necessary components prior to our scheduled appointment. Olek was fantastic! Through text messaging, I explained to him my dryer symptoms and he accurately diagnosed the problem. Despite being 45 minutes away, Olek arrived on time and kept me informed about each step he took. He also suggested some preventive maintenance measures for the dryer.
