I had arranged to meet with another handyman for the day, and I had to speak with him personally. However, he suddenly expressed a desire to reschedule. As it was the only available day for me to meet up until the following week, I returned to CrackerJack and happened upon Ro Holmes. He responded quickly and managed to squeeze me in at the last minute on the same day, despite not being obliged to do so.
