I encountered issues with three of my doors, one being an exterior door and two interior doors, as they either wouldn't lock or were sticking.
Fortunately, Chris was quick to respond and gave me a quotation for the repair work. He also arranged for the service to be carried out the next business day. Impressively, he arrived ten minutes ahead of schedule and managed to complete all the repairs in less than ninety minutes. Throughout the repair process, he kept me informed by explaining his actions and the reasons behind them.
