For general repairs, you can expect a $125 trip charge, and $40 hourly labor cost, divided into 15-minute intervals. Repairs usually take between 30-45 minutes and are usually scheduled within a week's time. Any necessary components will cost extra.
If your fireplace requires a deep cleaning, I provide an Annual Service / Tune Up for $125, with no labor fees. This comprehensive cleaning includes glass and log cleaning, burner and pilot unit cleaning, as well as convection chamber inspection. New ember material is added, and all settings are investigated for maximum efficiency. (You can save money by booking numerous fireplace cleanings at the same time!)
Moreover, I can install most gas fireplaces and components, as well as run gas lines. Feel free to send me pictures of your circumstances, and I will give you a rough estimate of the expenses.
