Although he committed to sending us photos of the completed work, he failed to do so. Rivers requested payment for work completed rather than the entire job upfront, which we obliged. However, the invoice contained multiple errors, and we requested corrections, which he promised to make after returning home the same night. Unfortunately, Rivers never followed through with the corrections or responded to our attempts to follow up via calls, texts, and emails. While the quality of the work was sufficient for the property's closing, we would probably not engage his services again in the future.
