Nate, representing Hiva and Sons Construction, provided the third quote for a job requiring the installation of two large concrete parking pads, one of which needed to be able to withstand the weight of my motorhome. The first individual I received a quote from requested a $100 fee and was considerably overpriced, only staying for five minutes. The second individual did not charge for the quote but was still quite expensive. Finally, I received a quote from Nate at Hiva and Sons Construction.

Nate and his team displayed exceptional professionalism while carrying out their work. Their high efficiency resulted in the exact output we desired. I would confidently suggest Hiva & Sons concrete to my acquaintances. I must mention, however, that there was some splattered cement on the wall and house, which was not cleaned. Additionally, there is a piece of rebar that requires cutting. Despite these minor issues, payment has been made in full.

We scheduled a meeting that same afternoon with my contractor, where Nate evaluated my project and we quickly established the terms and a price. Two days later, his team began working. They promptly completed their task, demonstrating professionalism and precision throughout the entire process. The final product was exceptional, and I was really happy with their work. Due to their remarkable service, I have planned another project for later this year and intend on partnering with them once again. I confidently recommend their services.

Hiva & Sons have done an incredible job constructing a new wall in my backyard. Despite the challenging winds that destroyed my previous wall, they kept my property safe throughout the build. The new wall is outstanding, built to stand the test of time for many generations to come. I give them a 5-star rating!
