After I posted about our leaky gutters, Craig offered a reasonable proposal and promptly answered my clarification questions. We agreed on a date and time for the repairs. However, Craig was delayed for our appointment by a few hours, so I called his office. When he arrived, he explained the causes of leaks and performed a thorough cleaning of our gutters. He also secured them where necessary. I waited for a heavy rainfall before writing this review to ensure that his repairs were effective. I'm pleased to report that we no longer have any leaks.
