Mike is an impressive trainer who promptly responded to my enquiry and consistently arrives punctually. I have tried numerous trainers and programs, but Mike is unequivocally the only one who prioritizes mobility and stretching in my exercise regimen. Additionally, he ensures that my poses are correct to prevent injuries. I have persistent lower back and knee pain as well as tight hips, but I am already experiencing a transformation in my life by working out with him. Mike designs comprehensive workouts that cater to my individual requirements and does not belittle or yell at me for expressing discomfort. Instead, he modifies my regimen to suit my needs and abilities. Furthermore, his gym is private, giving me a sense of comfort, and I can select my playlist.
