I commenced my training with Paris in August 2018 and have continued to train with him for a variety of reasons. One such reason is his respectful behavior towards me throughout our sessions and email communication. I find him to be approachable and feel comfortable asking him questions, to which he responds with substantive answers that highlight his profound knowledge on exercise and nutrition. Whenever I feel tired or apprehensive about working with heavier weights, he provides me with positive encouragement and recognition. Moreover, Paris is reliable and flexible with my schedule.
