. Their work is truly outstanding, as they were able to fix the improperly installed tile from the previous contractor. The difference between the new and old work is quite apparent, as the new tile work is considerably more polished and skillfully executed. Additionally, they also took care of neglected details like installing an edge piece in the kitchen and a transition piece in the bathroom.

These individuals are truly exceptional! I found myself in a difficult situation with regards to finishing a bathroom in a rental apartment when the original contractor became ill. Upon viewing their impressive reviews and photographs of their previous work, and receiving a fair price for their services, with the added bonus of being able to commence work in a few short days, I decided to proceed. I am absolutely delighted with the outcome of their work. Their meticulous attention to detail has really impressed me. Unlike my original contractor, who had no intention of waterproofing the backer, Oseas understood its importance and began work on it straight away, ensuring ample time for it to dry thoroughly before tiling. Additionally, while my original contractor was hesitant to use 1/8" grout lines, Oseas insisted on the more currently popular, and easier to maintain, 1/16" grout lines - which was precisely what I had hoped for from the start! Moreover, they worked consistently and completed the project right on schedule - with the end result being nothing short of perfection! In fact, it was so perfect that I plan to request their services once again for the renovation of my own bathroom!
