On the day before Christmas Eve, we encountered problems with our 2nd floor Heat Pump but fortunately, this company was the only one who answered our calls and attended to us. They detected the issue and managed to fix it promptly. Subsequently, once Christmas was over, we requested them to return and carry out maintenance on both the heat pump and gas pack. They proceeded to clean and service the heat pump and discovered that the heat exchanger in the gas pack had corroded. Since we had to replace the unit, we obtained multiple quotations and theirs turned out to be the most competitive with a promise to have our systems up and running within 2 days, even with the additional requirement of reworking all of our ductwork. Without a doubt, we can vouch for the excellent service provided by Will and Shannon.

Although I only requested a repair for my furnace, it ended up being completely replaced. However, the technicians were resolute in their efforts to ensure everything was functioning perfectly, and worked tirelessly until the job was done.
