It was the most exhilarating workout I've had in a long time. The trainer pushed me beyond my limits and fueled my motivation to attempt exercises that were new to me. I eagerly look forward to my subsequent session and to discover the trainer's plan for me. I'm confident that I'll have my coveted six-pack abs by next summer.

My initial session with Coach Lav was tonight. Lav had done her research and was ready to address my areas of improvement right away. Lav utilized the entire 60 minutes to motivate me without stopping and what's more, she understands my aspirations and is dedicated to helping me achieve them. I recently had an amazing session with Lav, the owner of Hidden Talents LLC. My experience was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier. After only one session, I am planning to enroll in long-term basketball training, and I will be recommending Lav to as many friends and family members as I can. As a coach, she was both encouraging and inspiring. Her patient guidance instilled a newfound passion for the game in my teenage daughter, who previously lacked confidence in her abilities. Remarkably, after just a handful of sessions, my daughter had acquired a considerable amount of skill and even set her sights on joining the BB team. Moreover, the tranquil outdoor court setting proved to be the ideal environment for these sessions, which were always excellently structured and executed.
