Having worked with Maurice of Hidalgo Catering, the experience was wonderful. Given that we reside out of our state, organizing our rehearsal dinner could have presented a daunting and overwhelming challenge. However, with Maurice in the picture, he provided excellent recommendations, promptly delivered the order, and arranged everything in a professional manner. His food was delectable, in sizeable portions and aesthetically pleasing. All our guests were impressed and thoroughly savored everything that was offered. The rehearsal dinner was a resounding triumph all thanks to the efforts of Maurice and Hidalgo Catering.

We went on a family vacation to Anna Maria Island with plans to do some fishing. Ahead of our arrival, we arranged with Maurice from Hidalgo Catering to cook our catch and create a custom menu. Our fishing trip was a huge success, as we caught a couple of large grouper and some grey fish. Maurice did an outstanding job preparing the food, which tasted phenomenal. The appetizers and sides were perfect and well-balanced. We appreciated Maurice's flexibility in terms of menu options, and enjoyed chatting with him throughout the experience (especially my husband!). Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we will definitely reach out to Maurice again when we return to Anna Maria Island.

The food at my wedding was phenomenal. All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed it! Hidalgo truly went the extra mile, and I am immensely appreciative and delighted that they were able to cater for 60 people on my special day. The rave reviews about the food were endless!

Working with Chef Maurice was a breeze. He designed a meal plan to feed our group of 12 gentlemen during their golf excursion, as well as provided an in-home chef for an evening.
