Although most of my projects were successful, my bathroom renovation was an exception. The contractors did not pay attention to my instructions and the outcome was disappointing. The paint and spackle were not done properly and the old, stained and cracked tub that I specifically requested to be replaced was put back into place. They suggested I clean it instead of replacing it. When I complained of the leaking shower, they did not address the issue even after I brought it to their attention twice. As a result, I terminated the contract and decided to hire another contractor to fix their errors. However, to my dismay, the previous contractors removed the knob to my home and broke in to continue the job while I was away at work. Some of my tools also went missing. I now have to spend a considerable amount of money to rectify their mistakes.

I enlisted the help of a fantastic team to give my home a facelift. They painted the exterior, constructed a charming front deck, and took care of the landscaping. Though they estimated a three day time frame, they delivered beyond my expectations and wrapped it up in only two and a half days! My bill came to $9,500 but I would happily hire them again as I was thoroughly impressed with their speed and attention to detail. I plan to share before and after photos to showcase their incredible work.

My opinion of them is positive, yet undecided. Their professionalism and abundance of helpful tips during the preparation for my short-term rental's opening were impressive. Although the listing isn't active, so the cleanings between guests haven't commenced, I trust that they will perform well. However, I cannot fully confirm my satisfaction until we progress further in our partnership.
