My recent experience with HG was incredible! Henry, the owner, was both prompt and responsive when providing an estimate, which was a stark contrast to the other contractors I reached out to. Despite having no contract in place, he kindly assisted me with selecting the right floor color and style by showing me pictures of previous installations. I'm over the moon with my new floors! HG's thorough and detailed estimates and contracts included product and work details, and they did not sneakily include any extra fees. I was aware that my old flooring might pose some challenges during removal, and Henry was transparent in explaining potential costs and material requirements, allowing me to make informed decisions. HG's team was proficient in removing water-damaged laminate, tile, linoleum, and carpeting and installing vinyl plank flooring on two levels of my house. They even carried out concrete leveling work on some of the basement areas and handled differing floor levels between my main floor rooms with ease. Despite the additions, the project was delivered within schedule and the work was top-notch. Throughout the process, HG communicated promptly and kept me informed until the end of the job. They treated my home with care, and their professionalism was unmatched. The result was beautiful, high-quality floors that exceeded my expectations. It's hard to come by fair pricing and quality work, but HG Flooring delivered both. I highly recommend them!
