The repair specialist promptly responded to my online inquiry and delivered top-notch service that was friendly, organized, efficient, and highly punctual. Over 3 years ago, HF initially installed my LG dryer on top of the washer. Recently, the washer was not draining water due to a faulty drain pump that he confirmed after diagnosis. Additionally, he discovered that the dryer was excessively loud and provided an explanation. We had plans to purchase new machines, but instead, HF repaired both appliances with new parts and instructed us on proper usage.
