Although I began my business in 2017, my background stretches back to 2013, providing me with ample experience in my field. As we continue to expand, we prioritize maintaining high standards of quality and reliability, and our customer service is unmatched. During a severe heat wave, an Airbnb guest checked in, but unfortunately, our central AC unit malfunctioned at the beginning of their stay. I contacted the company in the afternoon, and luckily, they were able to schedule an appointment in a couple of hours. Russell, who we were assigned, was highly competent and kept me updated throughout the process. However, the AC problems persisted after his initial visit, and he offered to revisit the next morning before his first appointment to resolve it. To sum up, I had an excellent experience with both the company and the technician, and I would strongly suggest their services.

The Hertzfield team's exceptional performance in replacing a multitude of antiquated knob and tube circuits in my residence was truly astonishing. Their insightful advice and open communication regarding their estimate, expectations and limitations was truly appreciated. The proposal they presented was comprehensive and offered incredible value. Their work was executed with the utmost professionalism and they sought my input whenever necessary. Despite lacking an in-house drywall specialist, they were upfront about this and minimized the need for repairs.
