A few weeks ago, we experienced some severe winds and rain, and we reached out for help. Hermetic Cape promptly responded and inspected our roof, providing us with feedback and pictures of the problem. They were able to install a tarp on the same day, but we later opted for a full roof replacement. Throughout the project, they conducted themselves professionally, keeping us informed with constant updates and detailed explanations, accompanied by photos. Now that the work is done, our roof looks fantastic.

Our exterior roof was refinished remarkably by Tray and his team. They conducted their work professionally and completed it in a timely manner. We also engaged their services for our interior roof. However, the team they subcontracted was below average. Some of the team members were chronically tardy and the subcontractor had to return multiple times to correct defects. This did not reflect well on the company. We would consider employing Hermetic Roofing again in the future, but only if the subcontractor is excluded.

To address the leak issue, I got in touch with Hermetic Roofing and Tray promptly arrived to provide a temporary solution by placing a tarp. Eventually, they replaced the entire roof a few weeks later and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I strongly suggest Hermetic Roofing as their service was efficient and they kept me informed about the progress of the work, including the material order, and delivery to my house.

Hermetic proved to be extremely accommodating during my insurance claim process. Initially, they proposed a mere repair. However, Tray went out of his way to organize a meeting with my insurance adjuster. Several weeks elapsed and to my delight, I was furnished with a brand new roof!
The team, led by a courteous and considerate young man, ensured that the work area remained tidy throughout the entire process. The finished product is impeccable - the new roof looks stunning.
