Chef Kevin was a great help to our company, delivering a culinary experience that was highly praised by our employees. Despite being given short notice, he promptly offered four menu options for our holiday event based on our rough ideas. Choosing from his savory and delightful menus was a difficult task. Chef Kevin was responsive even to last-minute requests and made our event a great success. He arrived on schedule, set everything up ahead of time, and provided excellent service that was enjoyed by our staff. We look forward to staying in touch with him and working together on future events.

Kevin and his exceptional team ensured that my 40th birthday was an absolute success! I discovered Kevin through CrackerJack and instantly knew he was going to be a pleasure to work with. His prompt and transparent communication was unparalleled compared to other chefs I had contacted. The menu he proposed was exactly what I had in mind, and I was so thrilled that I added an extra course to it. Kevin and his team exceeded my expectations from the moment they arrived. Their service was nothing short of what you'd expect from a five-star restaurant, and the quality of their food was equally impressive. Every course was delectable, and my guests couldn't stop raving about it. When they had finished cooking, they cleaned up so well that the kitchen seemed untouched. Furthermore, we had an unexpected issue with the bartender we had hired (who was not from Kevin's team), but Kevin was kind enough to step in and arranged for Jim to provide the bar service until the party ended. Jim was terrific! I cannot emphasize enough how much Kevin and his team made my birthday unforgettable, not just for me, but for everyone involved in the event. They were so impressive that before leaving, we booked Kevin again for a small dinner party the following week, and we even made an additional reservation for four more days! I can't wait to have Kevin and his dream team back!

Chef Kevin outdid himself by providing an extraordinary surprise birthday dinner for an intimate party of six. We kicked off the meal with scrumptious Petite Pasilla Chile-Rock Shrimp Tacos and Crostin of St. Andres, Black Grape, Toasted Walnut. The birthday girl was toasted with Linie Aquavit and Chardonnay to set the mood for a night of celebration. Our second course was the Goat Cheese, Strawberry, Heart of Romaine Salad, which sounded great on paper but was even better in taste. The addition of honeycomb and pound cake croutons made it superb! We then took an Intermezzo break with Fresh Peach Sorbet, which was a refreshing palate cleanser. The main course was Surf & Turf with Mascarpone Crushed Potato, Roasted Asparagus and Lemon Beurre Blanc, which literally melted in our mouths. Chef Kevin had all of our guests absolutely smitten with his culinary prowess; their sound effects were testimony enough! Every course outdid the one before it, and the birthday cake of Bittersweet Chocolate & Vanilla Bean Chocolate Terrine was the perfect end to an unforgettable meal. Our guest of honor dubbed it a "Rock Star Birthday Party"! We are grateful to Chef Kevin for creating such a magical and poignant evening. We plan to have him back in the future. Our initial experience with a private chef was extraordinary. Kevin displayed prompt responsiveness and was able to design a perfect menu for my mother's 75th birthday festivity, following a brief consultation. He and his crew conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, while the dishes were not only delectable, but also visually appealing. Service was exceptional as well, warranting a five-star rating in all aspects!
