When I brought Floyd onto the project to evaluate my current drywall and texture, he gave me excellent advice that helped me complete the job with the existing drywall company. His wealth of experience was evident, and his insights proved invaluable to finishing the job. We then proceeded to prime and paint the entire house, garage included, which was a substantial undertaking since it required two coats of primer on brand new drywall with a Level 5 finish. The end results were excellent, and I even expanded the scope of work to include final painting for the kitchen and bathroom, which turned out splendidly. Floyd is a busy professional for good reason, but he never made me feel rushed or that he was hurrying through the job. I was impressed by how meticulously he worked and his attention to detail. He treated the jobsite and the project with utmost care and consideration. Working with Floyd was a pleasure, and I'm grateful that everything aligned with regards to pricing and availability. My ceilings were given an amazing texture by Floyd and his team. I had previously hired someone else to remove the popcorn ceiling, but after seeing Floyd et al's work, I wish I had assigned them with the entire process. Their professionalism was commendable, as they covered all surfaces before commencing work, rectified any errors made by the previous contractor, and left the house cleaner and better than they had found it.
