Hello, this is Henry from Henry Gasfitting. We are committed to delivering exceptional services that set us apart. We charge per requested service and system for single-family homes and townhouses. However, the basic charge is waived for repair and replacement services, which cover labor, parts, refrigerant, tolls, trips, and parking. Additional fees apply for trips to the supplier and other related services.
For multifamily and light commercial services, the basic charge differs, particularly for accessible roofs. If a 40 feet ladder is required to access the roof, an additional charge may apply, and we will schedule the service per agreement to provide additional support. Any unit located on the roof is considered a rooftop unit and can range from 1-27 tons.
In cases where servicing is not feasible due to various reasons such as unknown circumstances, lack of access to equipment, or use of obsolete equipment, a basic charge will be incurred.

In just one day after discovering the malfunction of my water heater, Henry managed to perform a check-up, detect the issue, procure and obtain a new replacement unit, and successfully complete the entire removal and installation process. His promptness and efficiency are truly remarkable! Henry displayed excellent communication skills, and his work ethic and demeanor were both professional and courteous. Although it is unlikely that my water heater will require attention once again, I would be delighted to enlist his services in the future.

Last night, my air conditioner stopped blowing cool air. I reached out to four AC repairmen through CrackerJack. Henry was the only one to respond, and he did so within 10 minutes. We scheduled for him to come and take a look this morning at 6 AM. Throughout the morning, Henry kept me informed of when he would arrive, and he showed up promptly. After diagnosing the issue as a blown capacitor, he had my Goodman AC working again in just 15 minutes - for the price of $495. I'm starting to think I should have gone into his line of work instead. I'm grateful for how quickly and efficiently he took care of everything.

With only a 45-minute notice on a Sunday morning, Henry arrived promptly and proceeded to swiftly fix our AC condensate pump. He also connected it to our unit to avoid any potential flooding in case of future breakdowns.
