I give a rating of 4 stars overall. I had hired someone to cover a stain on my ceiling, and the job was completed rather well. However, I would have preferred if they had waited for the primer to fully dry before proceeding with spraying again. As a result, I can just barely see the stain. Following the specifications for Kilz Oil primer would have prevented this. Nevertheless, I would still consider hiring them again in the future, but with more specific instructions. The job was still great value for the price, and just a little more patience would have made it perfect. I understand that time is money, so I don't place blame on them for not waiting longer before resuming the spray. I would still recommend them to anyone in need of this service.
