He has helped to create and launch 12 restaurants from scratch, including food concepts, menu design, staff training and management, bookkeeping, ordering and inventory, catering, and marketing. Angelo has maintained excellent relationships with his prior employers, coworkers, and friends, and he has traveled extensively to Europe, the Caribbean, and Mexico. Right from the start of our conversations, Angelo was highly responsive. My siblings and I organized a surprise 40th anniversary dinner for our parents, despite me residing in a different state.
