The basement remodel was managed by Justin, who along with his team completed the task efficiently and provided me with the perfect outcome, while keeping the charges within my budget.

Our basement experienced a power outage, but thankfully I contacted Heinmiller Services. They promptly called me the next day and arrived within an hour of our conversation to fix the issue. Though I couldn't be there in person, someone was available to grant them entry. Later that day, they even called me to ensure that everything was functioning as intended. The communication was great, and I thoroughly recommend their services for any future needs!

I have only positive feedback to share. The individual is highly informed and takes a straightforward approach without any deception. I never felt coerced, and in fact, they even assisted me in addressing several other problems I was seeking assistance from other contractors for. In conclusion, I strongly suggest giving this individual a chance.

Starting off by expressing our gratitude, we feel incredibly fortunate to have had Justin and Mike as our renovation team. We had a very specific vision for the remodel, and Justin wasted no time in gathering all the necessary information to make it happen. Our goal was to create a functional yet aesthetically pleasing space, and these guys went above and beyond our expectations. They worked with us, taking our input into account, and the result was nothing short of fantastic. One of the standout features of the renovation was the custom-built countertop, which allowed for ample space while still accommodating the door leading out to the garage. Mike also created a built-in storage space that could accommodate everything we needed and more. The lighting they installed showcased their excellent work and added more brightness to the space. We also wanted to open up the area without completely removing the wall, and Justin and Mike succeeded in doing just that and more. Along with the other specifications we had in mind, they even provided a fresh coat of paint to the entire first floor and hallways leading up and down. Jackson pitched in to help finish the project, and on the following Monday, the team returned to touch up any last-minute details and fix a loose ceiling fan. Justin and Mike are the real deal when it comes to an all-inclusive remodeling team. Not only are they professional and friendly, but they also exceeded our expectations and provided exceptional work. We won’t be searching for anyone else for our future remodeling needs. The entire process was fantastic! I needed a custom closet installed and was searching for someone to take care of removing an old wire closet system, repairing the drywall and then painting the area before installation of the new system. Heinmiller Services responded to my request and provided a quote from the photos I sent, saving me time and effort. From beginning to end, Justin and his crew exceeded my expectations. There was extensive drywall repair required after removing the wire closet system, but Heinmiller Services did not attempt to increase the original quote price, as many contractors do. They communicated each step of the way and arrived and finished as scheduled. I felt safe leaving them in my home while I was both present and away. The completed job was seamless with no visible holes or defects and no need for follow-up from me to correct any unsatisfactory work. I should also note that the wallpaper was over 20 years old, but they were quite skilled at removing it and its backing. I will definitely use Heinmiller Services for any future contracting needs!
