Description:

My aim is to use the sacred practices that have guided me through life to assist and serve others. I obtained my Yoga Teaching Certification through CorePower Yoga in 2015 and am now an E-RYT. To further my knowledge, I have completed two additional continuing education courses. At the same time, I started practicing Sound Healing with crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other instruments. I find this intuitive practice to be highly efficient in healing through sacred vibrations. I received Reiki initiations with Diane Larson at Seattle City Reiki in 2017 and Teresa Carnicelli in June of 2020. In the summer of 2018, I started to focus on my personal practice and study of breathwork, and then formally studied with Jamie Renee Lashbrook aka Shira Stardrift from May 2019. Following that, I endeavored to gain knowledge in light language, Shamanic Healing, Ancestral Medicine, and Soul Retrieval with Sarai Schneider of Hathors Circle. Sekhem energy Healing recently attuned me in 2021, and all these modalities allow me to provide unique and appealing services. With multiple lineages at my disposal, I can provide you with the medicine that will be potent for your individual needs.
