My primary motive for pursuing my education in this field was to be of service to others. I aim to aid those who have been prevented from living their desired life due to injuries! Furthermore, I aspire to cultivate personality and confidence as a consequence of putting effort into accomplishing their goals.
To achieve accountability, it is crucial to fulfill all of the various aspects of your fitness journey weekly. Goals, nutritional intake, cardio log, mini goals, and extra work are all essential components. Ensure that you allocate distinct times for each of these areas.
Four key points to concentrate on enhancing your soul, body, mind, and heart. Maintain a journal to document your daily progress, both successes and failures. Take a step out of your comfort zone and work toward that objective that you've put off for the past three years. Read a book, watch a podcast, and keep learning to improve your abilities. Around 3 months back, I stumbled upon CrackerJack- a website I knew very little about. But one thing was certain- I was keen on revamping my life and transforming into a more confident individual. After completing the questionnaire, various trainers sent me quotes, but Matt caught my attention. We decided to meet and analyze my fitness.
