Since 2003, I've been practicing Reiki, becoming a Reiki Master/Teacher in 2006. My training continued in October 2016 with Holy Fire Reiki II and in November 2017, I was certified as a Holy Fire II Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher. In January 2019, I upgraded my Reiki to Holy Fire III. Along with my certification as a Certified Crystal Healer in June 2015, I've worked with individuals such as Asperger's children, adults with low self-esteem and no self-confidence, diabetics, Bells Palsy, and adults suffering from severe pain.
The benefits of Reiki are many, including relaxation which enhances the body's natural ability to heal. During a session, I focus on the chakras or energy centers in the body to ensure they are working effectively. Additionally, I teach my clients how to safeguard from energy drainers, which often leave them feeling depleted and exhausted.
I take pleasure in meeting new people and listening to their stories. Witnessing the progress and positive transformations of my clients' lives is the most rewarding part of my work. Seeing someone who was once debilitated by pain walk out of a session pain-free is deeply satisfying.
My own experiences with Reiki have given me an unwavering belief in its effectiveness. It instills self-confidence and ease when facing any of life's challenges.
Finally, from a diabetic client, after just one distant Reiki session, he shared that his sugar count was down, he had more energy, and he slept better that night than he had in months.

Carolyn and her equally skilled associate Paul are both wonderful. They are both friendly, intuitive, warm, easygoing, knowledgeable, and skilled. My first reiki session with Carolyn was very comfortable as she made sure to explain the process and discuss my goals beforehand. The session lasted for 2 hours and subsequent appointments have been 90 minutes without feeling rushed. I have been amazed at the difference I have noticed and will continue to benefit from their services indefinitely. I highly recommend these professionals who also offer multiple adjunctive tools and additional therapies. They are awesome!
