My passion lies in massage therapy and healing arts. I approach each session with respect, presence and intention and consider it an honour to help people feel their best.
Depending on your preference, sessions can include massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy, sound therapy, guided breathwork, guided meditation and embodiment. All of these practices are designed to deeply relax your body systems, allowing the body to restore and heal. I have experience helping clients with a variety of issues, including chronic pain and disease, anxiety and stress, headaches and migraines, and low energy.
