Every time I reflect on working with Ryan & Heafey’s Plumbing, the word "Wow!" comes to mind. Despite it being a holiday weekend, I decided to contact him for a non-emergency issue, with no expectation of hearing from him until the next business day. To my surprise, he responded within an hour and even asked if he could come over to assess the problem (multiple Grey QEST water shutoff valves needed replacing). I expressed concern about being charged for his services on a holiday weekend, but he laughed and assured me he didn't do that. He showed up that same evening, gave me a reasonable quote for replacing the valves, and identified a major issue I wasn't even aware of (previous owner had installed everything under the kitchen sink incorrectly when installing the dishwasher). Despite the Labor Day weekend, Ryan promised to be back the next day at 10AM and charged me no extra fees. True to his word, Ryan arrived promptly and quickly got down to work. Upon inspecting the kitchen plumbing, he discovered that it was even worse than he had anticipated. But no worries! Ryan remained calm and took control of the situation, fixing everything, including the QEST valves. I even requested that he install a bidet, which my husband had been hesitating to do. Ryan did this without hesitation, and everything works perfectly now. Not only did Ryan provide excellent workmanship, but he did everything at fair prices.
