Thus far, my experience with Hawx has been exceptional. Recently, we encountered an unusual aphid infestation near our property's hardscapes. I reached out to several pest control companies through the CrackerJack app, and Hawx was by far the most prompt and professional in their response. We swiftly reached an agreement over the phone and through text, with the representative guiding me through each step. The very next day, a technician arrived on our property, punctual and courteous, and got to work immediately. The process took around 45 minutes to an hour, during which the technician explained the details and acted efficiently. The infestation was eradicated instantaneously.
