When I searched for a pest control company, Hawx was the first to contact me. The person I spoke to on the phone was professional and polite. I scheduled my service for September 1st during the initial call. However, when the day arrived, nobody showed up, and when I called, I was informed that my appointment was actually a week later. During this initial call, I was promised that I would get a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived. Yet, on the day of my appointment, the technician arrived without warning, and I was not at home. I only realized that someone had been to my home through a text message stating that the service was completed, which could not be true as I was not present for the full visit, only the outside was serviced. Before agreeing to the service, I had enquired about what services were included, and I was told that it would be much more comprehensive than what I experienced. Despite receiving a discount, I was informed that if I chose to cancel, I would have to pay the full fee. This is unreasonable since no service was offered. I regret using this service, as it has been a complete mess from start to finish.

Their service was punctual, proficient, and exceptional in addressing a hornets' nest on my property. Furthermore, they have committed to revisiting the site after a week to ensure that all traces of the nest have been eliminated. As a parent, their thoroughness is greatly appreciated. I highly recommend their services.
