He assessed only one particular area, and after placing a trap there, he concluded his work. I had to guide him through the rest of the basement, identifying areas where I had seen rodent droppings and openings that could serve as potential entry points. The technician agreed to place traps in those locations, but he soon realized he did not have enough traps to fulfill his promise. He disappeared without informing me where he had placed the traps or whether he had sealed any potential entry points. Moreover, he showed no indication of completing his work or bidding me farewell. During his visit, I had pointed out several holes, but when he left, none of them were plugged. The customer service representative had promised a bug prevention spray, which never arrived. All things considered, the technician appeared inexperienced and uninformed, lacking knowledge of the situation. He was unaware of follow-up services, and I have no intention of using their services again.

Before his arrival, Charles gave me an estimated time of his arrival and promptly arrived on schedule while maintaining a high level of professionalism. He thoroughly and completely outlined the process while taking his time to patiently answer all of my questions.
