As a twice Grammy-nominated musician, I've played on over 160 CDs and at jazz festivals worldwide. My credits include work with legendary pop artists like Stevie Wonder, Cher, The Temptations, The Supremes, Tony Bennet, Frank Sinatra and more, as well as jazz artists like Paul Motion, Red Garland, Joe Lovano, Bill Frisell, John Scofield and university jazz ensembles. I have teaching experience from Dallas to New York to Berlin, El Paso, Los Angeles and beyond.

The installer from Big Box Hardware informed me that the only way to remove my old dishwasher and install the new one was to either cut my countertops or remove the tile floor. However, Chance was able to complete the job effortlessly without causing any damage to my kitchen. I was impressed with his determination and dedication to get the task done effectively.

As I was attempting to sell my home, I found myself besieged by a multitude of wasps. Luckily, Chance was both unobtrusive and effective. Without my realizing it, he managed to eliminate three sizeable hives, and I have not laid eyes on a single wasp since his intervention.

We hired someone to replace three sheets of damaged sheet rock, fill water damage holes, and match texture. They promised to complete the job in three days but it took over three weeks. Their work schedule was erratic, often not arriving until between 11am-3pm and staying late until 10pm, despite our reminding them of the need for sleep. There were always excuses for their tardiness. Once finished, the texture looked good but we had to clean up most of the mess. We agreed to let them paint, but regretted it. They became sick so Lindi and a helper came to spot paint for just an hour and tried to charge an exorbitant amount for their limited work. The result left us with two different shades of color on our walls, paint on our carpet and tile, and we had to hire another painter. Moreover, they held the paint we already paid for hostage for two weeks, and their promise to clean up afterward never materialized. We had to seek legal counsel before we could come to terms. Be warned- we DO NOT RECOMMEND this individual or his fiancee to anyone.
