Harpinder Mann Yoga & Meditation
I am a Punjabi-American yoga and meditation teacher, currently residing in the San Gabriel Valley. My spiritual beliefs are rooted in Sikhism and Buddhism. My passion lies in sharing the benefits of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda with others. I believe that movement is an essential tool for healing and happiness. By disconnecting from our thoughts and reconnecting with our bodies, we can rediscover the source of internal wisdom and well-being.
In 2015, during a time of great anxiety, I turned to yoga and discovered the transformative power of this practice. Yoga enabled me to live in the present, and I developed a deep sense of gratitude for life. As a teacher, I specialize in private, prenatal, and semi-private sessions tailored to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, or wellness needs of my clients. I incorporate breathing techniques, accessible postures for all body types, meditation, and connection to the source in my classes.
I have received 700 hours of training in Raja, Vinyasa, and Kundalini Yoga from reputable institutions in New Delhi, India, Brisbane, Australia, and New Orleans. I have also completed a Prenatal Yoga training course with Living Now Yoga. I believe that yoga affords us the freedom and power to live authentically and be seen. I am committed to designing sessions that ensure my clients feel seen, heard, and valued.
Whether you are interested in private, semi-private, or group classes, please reach out to me for further details. I look forward to connecting with you.
