To qualify for our remote work services, your computer must be turned on and have stable Internet access. Our rates are $125/hr, though we highly recommend service contracts. We have experience in optimizing PC performance, installing and repairing software such as Windows/Windows Server/Linux, and setting up Cloud-based systems. Our services also extend to custom-built PCs, hardware installations and configurations, data recovery, device encryption, and computer security & privacy training.

As a senior, I possess a moderate level of computer proficiency, which could potentially be harmful. However, I received assistance from Rodney in retrieving all my files previously stored on a damaged 2009 Acer hard drive and transferring them onto a new 2014 Toshiba laptop.
