The people were fantastic. They went above and beyond what we expected for the final floor. I would unquestionably hire them again!

The upstairs carpet in my house required replacement. Sandy and his team promptly submitted a bid and exhibited professionalism in the beginning. They quickly ordered the necessary materials and had an installer arrive within two days. The company stated that they would complete the upstairs during the weekend, excluding the stairs, pending material arrival. Day one progressed well with the carpet removal completed. However, on day two, the installer, Tim, delayed work due to another job he needed to finish. He ensured that he would be there the next day, which happened to be a Saturday. But, on Saturday, Tim arrived with his colleague, and only a half-room was completed after three hours of work, which was followed by a huge break. On Sunday, the two installers continued working but failed to meet the guaranteed weekend timeline. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to move into my house on Monday. To accommodate the job, I had to move all my furniture downstairs, which was a significant inconvenience. Tim gave excuses ranging from vehicle problems to family issues, and punctuality problems, causing frequent rescheduling and no-shows with excruciating waiting in vain. The owner never answered my calls, and Sandy (the gentleman with whom I had a good start) even forgot me. This project commenced on 21 July 2022 and is still incomplete as of 27 August 2022. The owner never inquired about the project's status nor the customer's well-being, which is discouraging. Good customer service should be critical, which, unfortunately, was not portrayed by the installer. I am utterly dissatisfied with the service and strongly advise individuals to be vigilant.

Sandy's team did a fantastic job replacing our bamboo flooring in the entire downstairs area. Throughout the bidding process, Sandy was highly responsive and promptly addressed any inquiries we had. He even ordered the flooring for us, and the installation was completed in a timely and efficient manner. The team was extremely professional, arrived on time, and left the space immaculate. Overall, we had an excellent experience. However, in May 2019, we discovered that our subfloor was not leveled prior to installation, resulting in some boards coming apart and significant bounce in certain areas. We contacted Old Town to inquire about an estimate for repairs, but unfortunately have not received any responses after one visit to assess the issue and a call to the manufacturer. We had referred Old Town to others, and to be left hanging without any resolution is incredibly disappointing.

Our hardwood floors were refinished by Sandy Callison and he did an exceptional job. He employs state-of-the-art equipment that guarantees a perfectly flat floor before finishing. We opted for the Poly finish and couldn't be more satisfied. It surpasses the Swedish finish that we had previously applied on two occasions.
