At Harcup Events, we bring a passion for planning to every event. From small gatherings like birthday parties to larger events like real estate open houses and quinceaneras, we have done it all. Our team carefully communicates with you to ensure that every detail is covered for your event, bringing specialized experiences like cotton candy machines, generators, moon bounces, and more.
In addition to event coordination services, we also offer Event Help/Waitstaff and Bartending services. Our staff boasts backgrounds working at various high-end restaurants, including Mortons Steakhouse, Clydes, Passion Fish, Counter Burger, and more, which ensures your guests will be taken care of with professionalism and expertise. For faster service, we recommend two bartenders for events with over 50 guests.
We provide multiple packages for balloon decorations and event planning, which you can learn more about through our free initial over-the-phone consultations. If you prefer to DIY your event, we offer a design consultation rate, so feel free to give us a call to learn more. Additionally, we offer photo stagings for six-month photos, maternity photos, holidays, and special events. Please note that a $35 travel fee will apply for events more than 20 miles from Zip Code 20190.

For my baby shower, I required a moon bounce, cotton candy machine, balloon arch, chairs and tables, as well as a decorative background for photo-taking purposes. Fortunately, Harcup Events came to the rescue with their talented chef, who worked closely with me to design an incredible finger food menu that complemented the event's fun and casual vibe.
