John is an exemplary expert in his field. Additionally, he is remarkably prompt and efficient, responding immediately to my job inquiry and offering a quote upon confirmation of the task. He scheduled my job for the following morning and even provided an ETA 30 minutes prior to his arrival, arriving punctually and immediately getting down to work. Our rapport was excellent from the start, so much so that I offered to lend a hand with assembling the patio furniture.
