He arrived on time and provided excellent service. He replaced the cartridge in my shower/tub faucet and now everything works perfectly fine. The prices were fair and he was honest throughout the process. I highly recommend him for his great service.

Even after turning off our toilet valve, it continued to leak, leading us to switch off the main water valve and search frantically for a plumbing service, even on a Sunday afternoon. Thankfully, after we made a request, Ahmad from CrackerJack responded within minutes, arriving earlier than anticipated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and efficiently replaced the valve, drain line, and toilet flush kit, all of which were beyond repair. To ensure that there were no leaks, Ahmad tested the entire system before cleaning up the work area and loosening the backyard hose from the outside faucet/spigot, all without any additional charge. For two days, I had been attempting to secure help in remedying the plumbing problem, but to no avail. Thankfully, Ahmad reached out to me and everything went smoothly from there on out. I recall the technician's name being Oscar, and without a doubt, he was one of the best technicians I've had the pleasure of meeting. It was obvious that he was knowledgeable, yet he spoke to me respectfully and did not make me feel inept. Additionally, his courteous and personable demeanor made the experience even more enjoyable :). Regrettably, we were not fully informed of the pricing beforehand, but the service was worth it. Within just thirty minutes of the technician's arrival, our sink was functioning properly again. I highly recommend this service!
