I consider Stan to be my appliance repair hero! My dishwasher had been in need of repair and despite other technicians attempting to diagnose and pull out the machine, they had failed to succeed. In fact, one technician even declined to attempt the repair. It had been since January that I was trying to get my dishwasher fixed through my home warranty company, but I had made no progress. However, thanks to some creative techniques and a lot of expertise, Stan was eventually able to remove the dishwasher and diagnose the issue! After being ripped off by two contractors who failed to fix my microwave, I turned to CrackerJack in search of a trustworthy repairman. And Mr. Stan did not disappoint. He demonstrated honesty and professionalism, troubleshooting my issue and ordering necessary parts. He even showed respect for my home by wearing a mask and shoe guards.
